Sõir Day

Traditional sõir making day introduces the Saatse area as a parish known for curds products.
On this day, sõir will be made at the museum, with prizes awarded to the best cheese maker. visitors can taste Saatse nulk’s sõir, learn to make sõir and select the year’s best sõir maker and the most interesting sõir package design. There will also be a crafts and farm products fair, a crafts corner, and activities for children.
