Day of homemade cottage cheese

The day dedicated to homemade cottage cheese called `sõir`, the traditional food of Setomaa, and takes place at Saatse museum. Cheese will be made and tasted, and master cooks are chosen. The local farms offer their produce. The cheerful cultural program ends with a concert by Taavi Peterson.
