Seto Lace Days
Since 1994, Seto Lace Days have been held at the Seto Farm Museum in May. Colorful Seto lace is a time-consuming and distinctive craft that uses combinations of colors (red and white plus bright colors like green and purple, yellow and orange, etc.) The idea of Seto Lace Days is to preserve lace-making traditions and to show that everything can be adorned with lace! Every year, lace-making workshops are held, as well as a thematic competition. All museum visitors will be able to view and rate the competition entries during the month of May.
The theme for 2019 is "Something for Men."
