Feast of the Assumption of Mary at Pechory monastery and Radaja Festival

The feast of the Assumption of Mary at Pechory monastery has always been important, and draws people from everywhere. After the ceremonies at the monastery, the Setos and friends meet outside the museum in Radaja village to hold a village festival type event – Setomaa Perridõ Kokkotulõk. Many different leelo choirs from both sides from the border sing and dance.
